Equinox Surveying is owned and operated by Lavine Lammy, an RICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over two decades of experience in the industry, delivering a full suite of services for purchasers of residential property, property investors, and owners of Commercial, Retail, Agricultural and Leisure properties.
Equinox operates from East Sussex covering the whole of Sussex, Surrey, Kent and SW & SE postcodes in London.

Complaints Handling Procedure
In accordance with the requirements of RICS, Equinox Surveying Services Ltd. operates a complaint handling procedure. If you have a complaint, then this note sets out the procedure which we will follow in dealing with that complaint.
1. Your complaint should be made in writing within seven days of the incident causing your complaint, to:

2. You will receive a response within seven working days to acknowledge your complaint and to request any further information for clarification.
3. You will receive a proposal for resolution or full explanation regarding your complaint within thirty working days of receipt of this additional information.
4. If we are unable to agree a resolution and close your complaint then you are entitled to contact an alternative dispute resolution service at:
